• Quote request (form): name, phone, email if you provide it, postcode of the work site, type of work, description, attached photos or plans. Purpose: to reply and prepare a quote. Basis: steps you request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• “WhatsApp” and “Call” windows: name and phone, so we can call you back if the conversation or call is interrupted. Basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Origin of your visit (Google, Google Business Profile, QR code, direct…) and landing page, sent with your request. Purpose: to know what brings customers to the company. Basis: the legitimate interest of ID BATIMENT SRL (Art. 6(1)(f)). Without your consent to audience measurement, nothing is stored in your browser.
• Abuse protection: a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, to limit automated submissions. Basis: legitimate interest (website security).
• Review request after a project: if you were a customer, your name, email and language, the sending date and whether you opened the link (so you are not reminded). At most one reminder. Basis: legitimate interest; you may object at any time by simple email.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics): only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Visit statistics, without advertising or Google signals. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

Your requests are addressed to ID BATIMENT SRL only. To run the website, service providers process them on its behalf:

• Novaris Commerce (Belgium) — website design and technical management;
• Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, European Union) — website hosting;
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — receiving and storing requests;
• Resend, Inc. (United States, sending from the European Union) — sending emails;
• Google Ireland Ltd. — audience measurement, only with your consent, and the Google Maps map on the contact page, only if you click to show it.

Cloudflare, Resend and Google are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) terms. Your data is never sold.

• Requests received through the website: 24 months, then automatically deleted.
• Photos and plans: not kept by the website; they are sent to ID BATIMENT SRL with the email of your request.
• Review requests: 6 months, then automatically deleted.
• Origin of the visit: the length of the visit (with your consent), deleted when the tab is closed.
• Your cookie choice: 6 months. Google Analytics cookies: 13 months at most.

If your request leads to a contract, documents are kept for as long as the law requires (accounting, warranties).

You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page. Write to idbatiment@outlook.be: we reply within one month.

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (https). The data collected is limited to what is necessary and accessible only to those who need it.
